With love...from Korea

While teaching in South Korea in 2010, Farmboy and I were both lucky enough to have really nice Korean co-teachers. My co-teacher, 정 히 (thats 'Cindy' for those non-Korean speakers among us!) became really great friends, going shopping together, and often meeting for coffee dates on the weekend. When Cindy heard that Farmboy and I got engaged earlier this year, she asked me if there was anything special I would like from Korea. As I had a rather unhealthy relationship with the stationary there, I chose a few items which she very kindly had shipped to us to help 'beautify' our wedding.

정 히, thank you so very much. Your gifts are so thoughtful, and every time i look at them they bring back all the wonderful memories we shared!

So without further ado, I introduce to you all to the latest addition to my collection of all things stationery:

You have made both Farmboy and myself so very happy with your design work for the Save the Dates for our wedding. We both cannot wait to see what you come up with for our invitations (and of course all the other goodies we have put you in charge of!).

Love Celebration Wedding Planner File

A little while ago (while browsing through my favourite Wedding Blog *The Pretty Blog*) I came across Love Celebration, a wedding planning file jammed packed with tips, advice and idea's to make your wedding the perfect day it should be. If you're like me and love to write lists, and then check items of said list, get a secret thrill from filing, this this file is going to become your new best friend when planning your wedding.

The only problem I have of the file is that it's a little bit bit small. Once I'd printed off all the wonderful free extra goodies from the site, my file was bulging with no more room for even a scrap of paper. But apart from that it's been so useful. My favourite part has been the section on etiquette and how to ask for money as a gift...well done Celebration Team!

Having been trawling through Pinterest in the hope of finding some unique idea's for my own wedding stationery, I thought I'd re-post a few that I thought were especially nice.

*i usually despise blogs filled with people's re-posting...I mean that's the whole point of Pinterest isn't it? But then found these and couldn't resist sharing*
